Crunch Fitness Franchise Announces Its Newest “Select” Location In Timonium, MD
TIMONIUM, Maryland, September 21, 2020/PRNewswire/ — Crunch Fitness Franchise plans to open a $3 million, 30,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities in Timonium, MD and will begin selling memberships mid-November. The modern, expansive Crunch Select Timonium gym is located in the former Office Depot space on York Road owned by P. Frederick Obrecht Properties, LLC.
Though Crunch Select Timonium plans to open in early 2021, the facility will operate presales activities in a temporary trailer on location at the former Office Depot at 1920 York Road, Lutherville-Timonium starting Monday, September 15th.
Crunch Select Timonium makes serious exercise fun, offering top-quality cardio and strength training equipment, circuit training, personal training, a functional training area with indoor turf, a dedicated group fitness studio, a dedicated ride studio, Kids Crunch, tanning booths, red light therapy booths, Hydromassage® beds, and more.
Starting mid-November, there will be a pre-sale offer of $1 down and 1 month free and memberships as low as $29.95/month. Founding members can save up to $60 a year with exclusive discounted rates.
Crunch Timonium is operated by JF Fitness of North America, LLC, which also operates Crunch locations throughout the east coast of the US.

JF Fitness of North America, LLC was represented in the lease transaction by Henry Deford and Michael Gioioso with MacKenzie Retail, LLC, and the Landlord was represented by Susan Riehl and Jack Riehl with Obrecht-Riehl Properties. Obrecht Properties is overseeing the construction which began in early September.
