From our humble beginnings two generations ago, Obrecht Properties was at the forefront to meet the demand for single-story warehouse space in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
Obrecht recognized a shortage of industrial land and pioneered the remediation and development of “brownfields” properties (contaminated industrial property) in Maryland.
